LiabilityScore™ is a digital SaaS product. No physical items are exchanged.
Conditions
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Approved refunds result in immediate downgrade to the Free plan. Cancellations are not refunds — cancelled subscriptions retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@liabilityscore.com with your account email and reason. Our team will respond within 5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
